Do you assist with import/export procedures?

Yes, please send us an invoice and packing list to see how we can assist you

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 8 AM to 6 PM (Korea Time), Monday to Friday. We’re closed on holidays and hours may vary, so please check. Planned flights and/or shipping dates will not be affected by holiday/weekend hours.

Do you ship to (insert city/country)?

Yes with a caveat: Embargoed countries are not allowed, but we offer specialized services for any region in the world.

Can you ship (insert product here)?

Yes and no. We need to know what you want to ship and where you want it shipped to. After we get some details, we can help.

Can I arrange for delivery to my house?

Absolutely! Although we recommend commercial addresses for large shipments for safety reasons, deliveries to residential addresses can be handled.

My cargo is stuck in Customs!?

Although we try to make the entire shipping process seamless, cargo can be inspected by Customs. We will facilitate and assist in case this situation arises.
